This veil shown is a standard cut.  You can also order a cathedral veil with an "Angel" or "Handkerchief" cut, see those individual veil styles for options and pricing.

Because of the cut, this veil typically works better with only one tier or a blusher.  If you would like to a blusher, blusher  is 1/2 the cost of the prices listed above added together with the cost of the first tier.
