About
the Owner After only one season of doing weddings on her own, Gina realized that she had found her true passion. She was quickly booking up and having to turn down weddings. That is when she began to search for stylists that could help her out. Gina says that she realized that Hair Comes the Bride had begun to build a reputation within the wedding industry for a certain style of hair and makeup. She felt as though it was important to find stylists that could live up to that standard as well as emulate her style of hair and makeup. This led her to the conclusion that in order to do this, she would need to train each and every stylists that came to work for Hair Comes the Bride, no matter what level of experience they had or what their background. In 2000, about fours years after opening the business, Gina decided to bring in a small selection of accessories to offer her brides including a line of hairpins and headpieces that she herself designs. Due to the overwhelming response, in 2002 Hair Comes the Bride expanded in order to accommodate an accessory boutique. Over the past six years, the accessory boutique and Hair Comes the Bride's own line of accessories have both grown and evolved into one of the most popular bridal accessory sites online. Attracting the attention of many bridal publications including InStyle Weddings, Wedding Dresses, Celebrity Hairstyles, Bridal Star Hairstyles Magazine, Real Simple and many more who have featured designs sold (some exclusively) through Hair Comes the Bride. Gina continues to oversee every aspect of Hair Comes the Bride to maintain the high standards on which they have built their reputation. She is also busy being a mom to Tyler, now eleven and his little brother Trevor, who is almost three as well as a wife of almost fourteen years to her husband, Todd.
